He has played an instrumental role in developing the agency’s marketing science and analytics capabilities including enhancements to its business intelligence systems, sponsorship evaluations tools and creation of the Brand Experience Optimization Model.  These tools have been used in support of accounts across the Jack Morton network including Buick, Chevrolet, Liberty Mutual, Samsung, Intel, P&G, Huawei, Taobao and Nvidia to name a few.  Last spring, Donte’ was one of nine agency recipients of Sports Business Journal's Forty Under 40 award.
 
Donte’ began his sports marketing career following his junior year in college when he applied and was accepted to the PGA TOUR’s Minority Internship Program and was assigned to the Ford SENIOR PLAYERS Championship.  During the fall of his senior year, Donte’ interned with research consultant and ESPN Sports Poll founder, Dr. Rich Luker, and worked on sports marketing and strategic planning projects for Breathe Right Nasal Strips (NFL Deal), Sports Illustrated and Cingular Wireless (now AT&T).
 
After graduation, Donte’ returned to the PGA TOUR and the Ford SENIOR PLAYERS Championship, then post tournament, co-founded the Leisure Intelligence Group with Dr. Luker.  While at Leisure Intelligence Group, Donte’ was responsible for research and project operations for the ESPN, Sports Illustrated, National Football League, Partnership for a Drug-Free America, Sporting Goods Manufacturers Association and The Active Network accounts.
 
In 2005, Donte’ created a sports marketing consultancy and worked with clients that included Major League Baseball, Partnership for a Drug-Free America, General Motors R*Works, Relay Worldwide, Advantage Research, and C&R Research.  In 2007, Donte’s was contracted by General Motors R*Works (acquired by Jack Morton in 2010) to evaluate GM’s $230 million team sports portfolio.  In May of 2007, Donte’ joined Jack Morton fulltime where he led its research and measurement team.
 
Donte’ graduated with a degree in Sports Management and Communications from the University of Michigan.  He was a men’s basketball walk-on, two-time varsity letter winner and he earned All Big Ten Academic honors.
