Joe Heller is beginning his sixth season with the Flyers. He was promoted to the position of Vice President of Marketing in July 2016. In his role, he is responsible for the execution of all club marketing initiatives, including advertising, promotions and branding, communications, game presentation, fan development and community relations. 
 
Heller joined the Flyers as director of marketing in December 2011, after serving one season as the director of marketing and communications for New Jersey Motorsports Park in Millville, NJ. From 2006-2011, Heller was the manager of communications for two NASCAR-sanctioned facilities; Dover International Speedway in Dover, Del., and Nashville Superspeedway in Lebanon, Tenn.
 
A native of Philadelphia and graduate of Temple University, he resides in Havertown, Pa. with his wife, Jennifer, and children Scott and Juliette.

 
Charlie Slonaker Philadelphia Union

Charlie Slonaker joined the Philadelphia Union as Vice President of Ticket Sales and Fan Services in May of 2016.  He oversees all aspects of ticket sales and service for the Union. For the past three years, Slonaker has served as the Director of Ticket Sales for the Indiana Pacers where he implemented various new techniques and strategies, including a variable pricing group structure for the first time in Pacers history. Throughout his time with the Pacers, Slonaker most notably increased group sales revenue by 20 percent in his first year managing the department. In his 10-year professional career, Slonaker has worked with four professional sports teams including the Pacers, Cincinnati Bengals, Chicago Fire and the Dayton Dragons minor league baseball team. He has three years’ experience in MLS, while serving as the Manager of Season Ticket Sales with the Fire from 2011-13. While there, he helped lead the staff to a new club record for season tickets sold. Slonaker and his wife, Melissa, are both Dayton, Ohio natives and moved to the Philadelphia area in May.

Brian Papson joined the Philadelphia Eagles in July 2013 as the Vice President of Marketing. In his role, he oversees all marketing and branding messaging, designing and executing fan engagement programs, enhancing the gameday fan experience, conducting and analyzing research programs, coordination of alumni programs, and managing the special performance groups.

Prior to joining the Eagles, Brian spent four years with Spurs Sports and Entertainment as the Director of Marketing, where he managed the marketing initiatives for the San Antonio Spurs (NBA), San Antonio Stars (WNBA), San Antonio Rampage (AHL) and the AT&T Center.  Before joining the Spurs organization, Brian worked for nearly five years at Villanova University in the Athletic Department as the Director of Branding & Marketing, where he also earned his MBA from the Villanova University School of Business. He began his sports marketing career here in Philadelphia with Comcast-Spectacor serving as the Director of Marketing for the Philadelphia Phantoms. Brian earned his undergraduate degree from Susquehanna University, majoring in PR Communications.
