A graduate of Old Dominion University in 2008, Zaid started his career in Inside Sales with the Washington Nationals in 2009. During the 2010 season Zaid moved to the Ticket Service Department as an Account Executive. During the 4 seasons in this role, Zaid achieved 3 seasons in which over 95% of season ticket revenue was renewed. After 4 years in that role, Zaid took the opportunity to come work for The Aspire Group as the Manager of Service and Retention for Georgia Tech Athletics in December 2013. Since his arrival, Ga Tech has post 2 consecutive football renewal campaigns over 90% in season ticket renewal revenue.
