Mae Cichelli has spent the past 10 years in marketing and product development in the sports and fitness industries both in the US and abroad. From executing promotions for Nike to engaging donors in Stanford's athletic department, Mae's experience focuses on the end user's experience through interactive design.

Mae received a Masters in Sport Management from the University of San Francisco in 2012 after creating a digital wellness program for the City of Ballarat, Australia.  Her research on social engagement showed that applying behavior modification theory, self tracking technology, and social integration to an online wellness program creates small but significant lifestyle changes that add up slowly to produce long-term healthy behaviors. These behaviors then spread outside of the wellness program through the social interactions of participants to encourage a culture of wellness for the broader community to offset the rise in noncommunicable diseases.

In 2013, Mae moved to Melbourne, Australia for a year where she continued to work with directed the Personal Training Academy's  rebranding and website launch.

Mae has launched digital marketing campaigns with the following sports properties:
Stanford Buck Cardinal Club: NCAA
San Jose Earthquakes: MLS

Los Angeles Clippers: NBA
